WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PAYMENT POLICY?
All design work requires a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due once approved by the client. The remaining balance may change if the artwork is not approved within the number of revisions agreed by both parties before the work has begun... in other words, the project may cost more if you can't make up your mind.
WHAT IS YOUR PRINT PAYMENT POLICY?
All print work requires 100% deposit, clients MUST approve artwork via email before printing begins. Once the files are approved by the client, it is no longer the responsibility of Optic Blast! Studios to reprint the job if there are any errors on the job, typographical or other. The client will have to place another order.
